Services Offered

Mental health counseling for college students, adults, teens, couples and families to help achieve greater mental, emotional and physical health in the areas of:

Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, life transition issues, anger, parenting, gender identity, grief/loss, addictions, personality disorders, emotional disregulation, and relationship issues

To start up services: Please send me an email with a picture of your insurance card front and back, your D.O.B. and your phone number. I will send you a welcome email with portal access information. There will be consent forms to e-sign, you can create an account on my portal and have access to my schedule for scheduling/canceling etc. If you forget your portal password, please email me to reset it for you it happens often and is no problem at all!

Fees: Are set by the insurance companies.
I am only accepting Wellmark's (BCBS) insurance.
I am not accepting other plans at this time.

I offer in person sessions on Tuesday's and Wednesdays mornings or afternoons and virtual session via Zoom on the other days.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance.

Please call your insurance company to verify that you have mental health coverage, what your plan covers, co-pay, deductible, pre authorizations requirements, if any, etc. This will help avoid surprises or misunderstandings in coverage.

Co-pays, or co-insurance is collected prior to your scheduled appointment time, preferable via your credit card on file. I don't send out statements unless specifically requested.

If you do not have mental health insurance coverage, and would like to pay out of pocket, the cost per session is $125.00 per hour. This amount will be collected prior to your scheduled appointment time via the card on file on the therapynotes portal, or on the zoom waiting room page.

Cancellations and no shows:

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Cancellations can be made without a fee if made at least 24 business hours before your appointment time.

Not giving 24 business hours of notice or no showing your scheduled appointment time will result in a fee of $100 that will be charged to the card on file after the missed or late canceled session.
